Who can do yoga?
"One of the beauties of the physical practice of yoga is that the poses support and sustain you no matter how old or young, or fit or frail, you come to your mat."

This was found on ArtOfLiving.org and it speaks truth. Yoga is not one of those things that discriminates against physical abilities or age. Yoga is meant to be worked on religiously as it is a lifestyle of its own. We are born with this lifestyle in us. As babies, we are already finding ourselves in positions much similar to those used in yoga as a way to strengthen our spines or to help our digestions. It is said that infants are found "doing some form of yoga through out the day."

Specific Mindset
As a person who takes the yoga lifestyle very serious, there are a few specific ideas or idelologies that are practiced as religiously as the actual yoga. These ideologies are called YAMAS as follows and explained as so by YogaLifestyleCoach.com:

AHIMSA= non-violence
SATYA= truthfulness
ASTEYA= non-stealing
BRAHMACHARYA= faithfulness
APARIGRAHA= non-greed

Also, YogaLifestyleCoach.com states that the yoga lifestyle is made of two "actions" being "cleaning the mirror" and "spreading the light." The mirror being mind and body and the belief that they need to be clean in order to receive light in the first place. Yoga is then purifying and cleaning the mind and keeping the body healthy.
