Hatha Yoga

This type of yoga is not fast-paced and is a good beginning point. During this yoga class people get to see and master the different poses as well as how to maintain them while focusing on their breathing.

Kundalini Yoga

 

During this yoga class you will be doing different poses with particular breathing methods that correlate with the positions. If you are trying to crank it up a notch from ordinary yoga I would suggest this category of yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga

For people who are more active and better prepared for strenuous movements this one is for you! There are six complex sequences and includes 75 poses. Each sequence has different features or traits that targets distinct parts of the body.

Hot and Bikram Yoga

​

Get ready to sweat with this form of yoga! It is conducted in a heated room to intensify the workout and relax your muscles in order to increase your flexibility. It consists of 26 poses that all relate to one another creating continuous motions.
